Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanning products for at least 2 weeks before your session.
Discontinue the use of retinoids, chemical peels, or other strong exfoliants 3–5 days prior, unless advised by us.
Arrive with clean skin, free of make-up, creams, or lotions.
Inform us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or previous aesthetic treatments.
Avoid waxing, threading, or other facial treatments on the day of your appointment.
If you have an active skin infection, cold sore, or inflammation in the treatment area, we suggest rescheduling your appointment.

What to consider after the treatment?
Proper aftercare supports optimal results and helps minimise side effects:
Immediately after the treatment, your skin may feel warm or appear slightly red, similar to a mild sunburn. These effects typically subside within a few hours.
Avoid rubbing the treated area, and do not apply strong skincare products (such as exfoliants, retinol, or acids) while the skin is still sensitive.
Avoid chemical peels and laser treatments for at least 1 week after your session.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure for 1–2 weeks and apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 50) when outdoors.
Avoid swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, intense exercise, and activities that cause heavy sweating while the skin is still sensitive.
