You should know that sitting is not affected and there are no functional restrictions after healing.
Do butt implants have to be replaced over time?
Generally, it is not necessary to replace the implants, but their integrity is checked by ultrasound examinations as part of the aftercare.
What is a Brazilian Butt Lift?
A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a procedure to enlarge and tighten the buttocks using autologous fat to improve volume and shape.
Fat is removed by liposuction from areas such as the abdomen, thighs or hips, purified and then injected into the buttocks to improve volume and shape. This procedure is customised to achieve natural and harmonious results.
The Brazilian butt lift is more than just a butt augmentation with autologous fat; it is a comprehensive body modelling procedure that particularly affects the proportions between the hips and waist.
The fat is injected in and around the buttocks region under the skin and in the deeper layers of fat to achieve an aesthetically pleasing effect. How does a buttock lift work?

Is the treatment painful?
No pain is to be expected during the procedure as it is performed under general anesthesia. After the treatment, moderate to strong pain or tightness may occur, which can be very well treated with painkillers.
How long does the healing process take?
Usually, you will be able to work again after about 1 to 3 weeks. With implants, the downtime is longer than with a BBL. A compression garment is recommended for around 4 to 6 weeks to support healing.
Will visible scars remain?
The scars after a butt augmentation with autologous fat or implants are barely visible; with a buttock lift they are positioned so that they are as inconspicuous as possible and concealed by the underwear.
