Skin rejuvenation – microneedling – mesotherapy – biostimulation
You can revitalise your skin with Morpheus8™, medical needling, PRP, biostimulators and mesotherapy.

Indication
When collagen and elastin production decreases, skin moisture and therefore freshness are lost and unwanted pigmentation, fine wrinkles, scars, stretch marks and enlarged pores appear, skin ageing becomes visible.
The skin treatments we offer can be customised for all skin types – pigmented, fair, young or old. We use advanced digital skin analysis with the Observ 520x, which also visualises deeper changes.
Microneedling
The combination of fractionated “deep needling” radiofrequency technology (Morpheus8™) or very fine medical needles (medical microneedling) and growth factors from your own plasma (PRP, platelet-rich plasma) or from stem cell exosomes stimulates the skin’s natural regeneration processes.
Particularly important are the stimulation of collagen and elastin production, the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) and cell renewal.
Mesotherapy
Medical mesotherapy, with polynucleotides and ultra-pure biomodulators such as PROFHILO®, or hyaluronic acid-based skin boosters such as JUVÉDERM® VOLITE™ and Restylane® Vital, helps to hydrate and regenerate the skin.
Biostimulators
Powerful biostimulants such as Sculptra®, HarmonyCa® and Radiesse® are used to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin and deep connective tissue. They are suitable for various skin problems such as cellulite, acne scars, enlarged pores, stretch marks and wrinkles, but can also be used as a filler and volume replacement product.
Treatment
An anesthetic creme is applied before a microneedling treatment or mesotherapy. Soothing skin products and sun cream are used after the treatment to optimise skin hydration and speed up healing.
The injectable biostimulators contain an anesthetic solution for greater treatment comfort. Biostimulators and skin boosters initially require 2 to 3 treatments, with a time interval of 6 to 12 months between top-up treatments.
Various procedures are suitable for a comprehensive revitalisation of your skin. We will be happy to help you choose the best approach.

Frequently asked questions about skin rejuvenation
Questions about microneedling treatment
For which skin problems is microneedling suitable?
Microneedling is ideal for skin irregularities such as fine wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, enlarged pores and uneven skin texture.
How does microneedling work?
The finest needles are inserted into the uppermost layers of the skin using a special device. These micro-injuries stimulate the skin to regenerate and gradually improve the skin’s appearance.
How long does the microneedling treatment take?
The treatment lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the treatment area.
Is microneedling painful?
Microneedling is generally well tolerated. An anaesthetic cream is applied before the treatment and nitrous oxide can also be used to make the treatment experience as pleasant as possible.
When are the results visible after microneedling?
Visible results such as improved skin structure and tightening become increasingly visible after 2 to 4 weeks.
How long do the results last after microneedling?
Microneedling leads to a long-term improvement in skin structure. For lasting results, several sessions are usually required, which are carried out every 4 to 6 weeks.
Are there any side effects after microneedling?
Slight redness, swelling or small bruises may occur after the treatment. These usually disappear within a week. After microneedling, the skin is reddened for 1 to 3 days and feels like after a sunburn. With medical microneedling 0.5 to 2mm and resurfacing treatments with Morpheus8™, it is normal for the skin to peel slightly after treatment.
How many microneedling treatments are necessary?
For optimal results, 3 to 6 sessions are usually recommended, depending on the skin problem and the desired results. Treatments are carried out at intervals of 4 to 6 weeks for optimum results. After that, a refresh treatment once or twice a year is usually sufficient.
Questions about mesotherapy
For which skin problems is mesotherapy suitable?
It is suitable for treating signs of ageing, fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation disorders and hair loss. Mesotherapy can also improve sagging skin and uneven skin texture.
Which active ingredients are used in mesotherapy?
Individually tailored active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, peptides and antioxidants are used to nourish and regenerate the skin.
Is medical mesotherapy painful?
Mesotherapy is generally well tolerated. A slight tingling or burning sensation is normal during the injections.
How long does a mesotherapy session take?
The treatment usually takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the area of skin to be treated.
Is there anything I should avoid after the treatment?
Direct sunlight, sauna visits and intensive sports activities should be avoided for 24 to 48 hours to prevent skin irritation.
Is mesotherapy also suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, as the active ingredients are individually tailored, the treatment can also be carried out on sensitive skin.
What happens after mesotherapy?
Slight redness, swelling or minor bruising may occur after the treatment, but these usually subside within a few hours to days. Initial improvements (e.g. more radiant skin, better moisturization) are often visible after just a few days.
Questions about biostimulation
Which substances are used in biostimulation?
Frequently used substances are highly concentrated hyaluronic acid, polylactic acids and calcium hydroxylapatite, which are injected directly under the skin to improve its firmness and elasticity.
How does biostimulation work?
Injections stimulate the skin to activate its natural repair mechanisms. These injections stimulate collagen production, which makes the skin appear firmer and more youthful. Biostimulants usually take 3 months for the collagen-stimulating effects to become visible. The volume effect when using biostimulants in concentrated form is immediately recognisable.
How long does a session last?
A treatment usually takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
Can I apply make-up directly after the treatment?
It is recommended to avoid make-up for a few hours.
How does biostimulation differ from fillers?
While fillers fill in volume in a targeted manner, biostimulants stimulate the skin to produce more collagen and elastin itself.
Are there any restrictions after the treatment?
Yes, intensive sun exposure, sauna visits and strenuous exercise should be avoided for 24 hours.
Are there any risks or side effects?
Side effects such as slight redness, swelling or bruising at the puncture sites are possible, but usually subside after a few days.
